School-time

G has been interested in this activity only since he has figured out how to button a shirt that he is wearing.  I thought that it would be the other way around.

Thick fingers and dainty work

This is going SO SLOWLY... and we are only working with "a."  AH!!

Matching.  Ordering.  And fine motoring.

He insists that rojo is "ga-ween."  Ay!

This is Mita's favorite activity lately.  I'm now extending it so that she learns the shapes' names now too.

Counting as high as today's date by moving the beads over with a chopstick.  So much fun!

"Would you like this carrot cake? Well, then..."

Showering Mama LeighLeigh

"The little Dicky birds are named Val and Richie!  Ha!  Ha!  Ha!"

Gum-baby station

Yikes!

Hand-made hats!

What?

Getting a feel for the materials.

Uh... Mama LeighLeigh is in trouble.

And done!

So, Kelleigh, this is how...

A study on Ty

More close-up cuteness

Since putting in all of those beads (It took forever!), I have had Mita incessantly practice saying, "Please don't touch my hair."

Girumy insisted upon wearing this outfit to church.  It is the most guapo outfit in the house, according to him.

Not the most guapo, but cute

Planted!

One hundred cloves are in the ground!  Two hundred more to go!

The many names of our one God

As I have already noted, Girumy has been very interested in the names for God.  The other day I told him some more and since...

G:  "Ty, do you like Counselor?"
Ty: "Yes."
G:  "Well, praise God."
-followed by a rousing rendition of the Doxology-

G:  "What does Counselor eat?"
Me: "Who?"
G:  "Counselor."
Me: "Oh... right.  God.  I don't know."
