So, they turned Shelly into a Rob... complete with knee brace and reading lamp.

This morning we were listening to our church's online worship, introduced by our Pastor.  He read from a Psalm and then reminded us that regardless of where we are or how we feel, we should sing with gusto.  And Sophie asked, "Who's Gusto?"

As I was finishing up school with Soph., the boys went out to play with a recent gift of bubbles.  They were having the time of their lives!  They were SO happy!  Smiles!  Giggles!  Laughter!  It was such a blessing.

I have taken back the couch

So, a few weeks ago, I experienced the worst pain and agitation of my physical life... while I was sitting on our couch.  Obviously, I have avoided it since.  Old PTSD again.  Today, on the first day of Spring, I have re-claimed the sofa... I think.  If my back feels even the tiniest of anything though, I'm off.
