Dusty watercolors

So, I bought a set of watercolors for Girumy well over a year ago.  And they have been sitting in a drawer, gathering dust, since then. 

The mess.  I just couldn't get past the idea of splattered color everywhere, water spills, and who knows what else.  I told this to an art-teaching friend a couple of weeks ago, and she gave me a stern look while saying, "It's watercolor!  It's the easiest thing to clean up!"

So, today I prepared the initial lesson.

In the future, G will have to set this all up and clean everything up if he wants to paint.  Thankfully, he has been in such a helpful mood lately that this will be no problem.

Here is his creation:
